  Propranolol Hydrochloride (Tipsan) Usage for Hemangioma Safety and Efficacy: Tipsan is a safe and convenient drug for the treatment of hemangioma in infants and children. It is effective and safe.  Contraindications for administration are: heart conduction block, airway sensitivity disease, ventilation difficulties and other pulmonary diseases.
