Anterior chest pain and posterior back pain can be commonly seen in the following two categories: the first category, local muscle strain after exertion or strenuous activity, resulting in pain and discomfort, which can usually be relieved after rest. The second major category is mainly seen in infectious diseases of the chest, such as pneumonia, tuberculous pleurisy or other causes of pleural effusion, which usually requires further chest radiography and, if necessary, CT examination, and anti-inflammatory treatment after a clear diagnosis. In addition, further electrocardiography, myocardial enzymology and, if necessary, coronary angiography are required. For patients with severe coronary artery stenosis, interventional therapy is required. The pain in the right posterior back needs to be alerted to the possibility of gallbladder stones with acute or chronic cholecystitis, further abdominal ultrasound examination is needed, and cholecystectomy surgery is needed when the diagnosis of gallbladder stones is clear.
