What are the five contraindications to hyperlipidemia

Hyperlipidemia refers to a higher than normal level of cholesterol and triglycerides in human plasma. Hyperlipidemia is prone to atherosclerosis, hypertension, cerebral infarction, coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction.        Therefore, hyperlipidemia patients have five taboos before going to bed: 1, avoid pillow too high. Head padding is too high, the neck muscles and ligaments overstretched, will squeeze the neck blood vessels blocking blood flow, resulting in insufficient blood supply, easily lead to cerebral infarction. 2, avoid eating too much before bed. After a full meal will incur blood flow concentrated in the gastrointestinal tract, the heart and brain blood flow is relatively reduced, easy to cause cerebral infarction, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction. 3, avoid taking high doses of sleeping pills, stronger antihypertensive drugs or vasodilators before going to bed. These drugs will slow down the blood flow, make the blood viscosity increased, easy to cause brain perfusion disorders, resulting in ischemic stroke. 4, avoid alcohol abuse before bed. Alcohol abuse, plasma and urinary catecholamine content rapidly increased, and catecholamine is the “culprit” of high blood pressure, coupled with hyperlipidemia patients prone to combined atherosclerosis and hypertension, rapid increase in blood pressure, may lead to stroke and sudden death. 5, avoid smoking before bed. Tobacco poisoning can make vasospasm contraction, blood pressure, platelet uptake to form embolism, will cause coronary angina, and even myocardial infarction.
