Most of the HPV positive cases can be converted within six months or a year by strengthening the local resistance of the vagina, using appropriate vaginal drugs to strengthen the resistance, and exercising. If the TCT is fine, the majority of HPV66 positive cases can be treated conservatively with medication, vaginal topical medication, appropriate exercise and relaxation. If the HPV66 is positive and the TCT is abnormal, colposcopic cervical biopsy is recommended to rule out cervical disease.
