What about the pain in the molars?

The first thing that should be done is to identify the cause of the pain in the molars. The incisors are also called incisors, professionally known as central incisors. The most common clinical cause of pain is caries, which does not cause pain in the early stage, but only causes color and texture change of incisors. However, once the caries develops into deep caries, the pain will be obvious by hot and cold stimulation. In the case of deep caries, we can go to the professional dentistry department and apply the turbo drill to remove the decayed part and soothe the pulp at the same time, after observing for a period of time, if the pain does not persist, then it is enough to fill the deep caries directly. If the pain caused by deep caries persists, then it means that the pulpitis has appeared in the molars, and if it is serious, the apical infection may also appear, which may cause more severe pain in the incisors. In this case, a simple repair will not solve the problem and root canal treatment must be performed on the pulp of the tooth. After the root canal treatment, the incisor can be protected by crown restoration, which is the treatment for incisor pulpitis and periapical inflammation. In addition to the above cases caused by dental caries, the common clinical cause of incisor pain is traumatic, in general, traumatic can first take a dental film to see if there is root fracture or longitudinal fracture of the tooth, if not, the patient can be fixed and observed for a period of time, if it heals well and there is no obvious loosening, then there is no need for further treatment. However, if there is a change in the color of the tooth, root canal treatment and crown restoration treatment are also required.
