Muscle nodules are difficult to rub away, and there are many causes of muscle nodules. It may be due to local muscle fracture after trauma, and the nodules may be formed by scar growth; it may also be due to local hematoma that is not completely absorbed and finally mechanized to form nodules; there are also muscle lesions, such as rhabdomyosarcoma of the muscle, which may also manifest as nodules. It is necessary to go to the hospital in time to see a doctor, who will make a preliminary analysis with physical examination. Local ultrasound examination can be done to determine the size and possible extent of the nodule, and if necessary, MRI examination can be done, and the corresponding treatment can be done according to the results of the examination. If the nodule is a localized scar hyperplasia, or a hematoma is formed mechanically, it can be followed up and observed. If it is a tumor lesion of the muscle, surgical treatment needs to be considered, and routine postoperative pathological examination to determine the nature.
