What to do about breast cancer at 30

When breast cancer occurs at the age of 30, the stage of the disease should be checked in time, and after clarifying the condition, corresponding treatment methods should be adopted according to the doctor’s instruction.
1. Stage I: In this stage, the tumor is still confined and the cancer cells have not metastasized, so surgical methods such as mastectomy with breast preservation can be used for treatment, which aims at removing the lump completely.
2. Stage II: Patients with stage II breast cancer can be treated by radical mastectomy and extended radical mastectomy, or secretion therapy, which is mainly to stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking hormones, and these endocrine drugs belong to estrogen-like hormones, including tamoxifen, toremifene and so on. And whether auxiliary treatment is needed should be decided according to the condition of lymph nodes and prognostic indicators after surgery.
3. Stage III: Stage III indicates that the cancer cells have already metastasized to a certain extent, and can be treated by radiotherapy, which mainly kills the cancer cells through the use of high-energy technology with strong radiation, and can effectively reduce the metastasis and recurrence of the tumor.
4. Stage IV: When breast cancer patients’ condition reaches stage IV, it usually refers to the phenomenon of metastasis of other distant organs, which is no longer suitable for surgical treatment, and can be treated by chemotherapy, etc. For HER2-positive breast cancer patients, targeted drugs such as trastuzumab and patuximab can be used under the guidance of doctors for treatment.
It is suggested that breast cancer patients should pay attention to keep the skin on the affected side clean and use loose clothes in daily life. Meanwhile, they should go to the doctor as soon as possible to avoid delaying their condition.
