For hepatitis B quantification, the normal value for its fluorescence quantification is below 10^2. If the value is greater than 10^2, it is called positive, and the replication between 10^2-10^5 is called low amount of replication, and 10^5-10^7 is moderate amount of replication. If it is greater than 10^7, it is mostly considered a high amount of replication. This test reflects the degree of hepatitis B virus replication in the body. If it is a large amount of replication, the patient needs to further increase the antiviral medication or change the type of antiviral medication to prevent the emergence of certain drug-resistant viruses, and should be monitored regularly for such cases. Patients need to be actively treated with hepatoprotective drugs, if necessary, based on the results of transaminases, i.e. liver function. Patients should take more rest in their normal life, do not drink alcohol, stay up late and do not exert themselves.
