The methods of parametrial removal are: first, the use of appropriate massage, physiotherapy, the parametrial breast tissue or smaller nipples, through appropriate massage to make the breast tissue gradually degenerate, absorption, may get some relief. Secondly, surgical excision is used. Before surgery, the development of the parametrial breast needs to be determined by doing breast ultrasound or mammography, and the excised tissue will be sent to pathological laboratory during surgery to exclude malignant lesions, and local tissue hyperplasia should be prevented after surgery. The formation of parametrial breast is a congenital developmental abnormality caused by the incomplete degeneration of the embryonic breast tissue, which may lead to breast swelling and pain in the late ovulation period or breast milk secretion after delivery, and in rare cases may lead to malignancy.
