The common cause of vomiting and diarrhea is acute gastroenteritis, which can be treated with norfloxacin to fight infection, montelukast to stop diarrhea, domperidone to stop vomiting, and rehydration fluids.
Vomiting and diarrhea with diluted water is generally considered to be acute gastroenteritis, which is related to improper eating or unclean diet.
Acute gastroenteritis can be given the following treatment:
1. Anti-infective drugs such as cefazolin, cefoperazone, ceftriaxone and other cephalosporins or quinolones such as norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin can be given when the blood routine suggests the presence of infection in the patient.
2. Antidiarrheal drugs such as montelukast can be given in case of diarrhea.
3. Domperidone and metoclopramide may be given to relieve the symptoms of vomiting.
4. Glucose or other electrolyte supplementation may be given for rehydration.
Vomiting with diarrhea and watery diarrhea may also be caused by other diseases, should be standardized treatment under the guidance of a doctor, do not take medication on their own, so as not to cause adverse reactions.
