Fetal development standard at 37 weeks

The fetus is basically developed at 37 weeks of pregnancy, when the fetal biparietal diameter is about 9 centimeters, the fetal femur length is about 7.1 centimeters, the fetal length is about 45 centimeters, and the fetal abdominal circumference is about 30 centimeters. The amniotic fluid index should be between 10 and 20 centimeters and the placental maturity is around grade II. Body fat increases to about 8% and about 15% by the time of birth. Many fetuses already have dark and abundant hair, about 1-3 centimeters long, but some have some yellowish hair. After knowing the development of the fetus at 37 weeks, parents should not worry if the fetus is too small, as it varies from fetus to fetus in terms of development. Therefore, if the fetus is too small at 37 weeks, you can eat some food with more nutritional elements, which will also be good for fetal development. Usually at 37 weeks, the fetus is able to continue to turn and make its head turn down. If the fetal position is not correct, the chance of turning to the head position automatically is rare, and if even the doctor is unable to correct it, a cesarean section will probably be recommended to ensure the safety of mother and child. It is important for women to be emotionally stable during this period, and it is recommended to walk appropriately every day to facilitate labor. If a woman experiences redness or abdominal pain, she should go to the hospital to be examined, as labor may be imminent.
