Exercise therapy does not work to treat thyroid nodules. Thyroid nodules are clusters that appear in the thyroid tissue due to abnormal proliferation of thyroid cells, and they can be single or multiple; the treatments for thyroid nodules include general treatment, drug treatment and surgery. Among them, general treatment is applicable to asymptomatic benign nodules, regular review is enough and no special treatment is needed; drug treatment is applicable to patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism can be treated with drugs such as methimazole and propoxythiazole, hypothyroidism can be treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets; surgical treatment is applicable to malignant thyroid nodules or nodules that are large and accompanied by compression symptoms. Although appropriate physical exercise is good for health, it is not a cure for thyroid nodules. Patients diagnosed with thyroid nodules should actively cooperate with doctors and adopt scientific treatment.
