Science: What is the risk of breast cancer?

Breast cancer The report in the Capital International Cancer Forum held on the 16th showed that there are about 3.37 million new cancer cases and 2.11 million deaths in China every year. The incidence of lung cancer is the highest among men and breast cancer is the highest among women. The threat of breast cancer to women’s health can no longer be ignored and is the number one killer of women’s life and health. Since October 1992, the Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, marked by the “Pink Ribbon”, has been launched worldwide, and every October has become the World Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Key features of breast cancer
Breast cancer is a common tumor and its most serious problem is metastasis to distant sites. Unlike many other tumors such as lung cancer, the presentation of breast cancer varies greatly from patient to patient. In some patients, breast cancer may be highly invasive and spread quickly to other parts of the body; in others, breast cancer may not metastasize for many years after its onset. Age and morbidity and mortality The incidence of breast cancer increases with age, with incidence rare before age 30, increasing after age 40, and becoming more common after age 50. The cause of breast cancer is not fully understood, but studies have found that there is a certain pattern in the development of breast cancer. We generally know that breast cancer is more prevalent in countries with a Western lifestyle. However, we do not know exactly what causes breast cancer in the lifestyles of these countries. There is evidence that part of it is due to diet, especially the high percentage of fat in the foods eaten. But this needs to be confirmed by more research. Although we don’t know the exact cause of breast cancer, we do know some of the factors that make some women more likely to develop breast cancer. Prevention of breast cancer: 1. Establish a good lifestyle, adjust the rhythm of life and keep your mood relaxed. 2.Adhere to physical exercise, actively participate in social activities, avoid and reduce mental and psychological tension factors, and keep a calm mind. 3.Adopt good eating habits. 4.Actively treat breast diseases. 5.Do not use exogenous estrogen indiscriminately.
