Indications and contraindications for HIFU ultrasound focused ablation therapy.

1.What are the current indications for the treatment of ultrasound focused knife? (1) Liver tumors: benign and malignant tumors of liver. The JC200 type has good permeability and solves the problem of ultrasound channel well, which can eliminate the pain of cutting ribs and further reduce the trauma, truly “non-invasive”. 2) Bone tumors: primary and metastatic bone tumors other than skull and spine. 3) Breast tumors: benign and malignant tumors of breast. Breast tumors: benign and malignant tumors of breast; 4) Pancreatic cancer: pancreatic cancer without jaundice or pancreatic cancer after yellowing reduction treatment; 5) Kidney tumors: benign and malignant tumors of kidney (except for those with renal vein and inferior vena cava thrombosis). Those who have rib bone obscuring can improve the ultrasound channel by removing the rib bone or other methods; 6) soft tissue tumors: benign and malignant tumors of soft tissue; 7) uterine fibroids; 8) benign prostate hyperplasia and prostate cancer; 9) solid tumors of retroperitoneum or abdominopelvic cavity with good ultrasound channel. 2.At present, what are the contraindications for the treatment of ultrasound focused knife? 1) Tumors containing air cavity organs; 2) Tumors of the central nervous system; 3) When there is skin breakdown or infection in the treatment-related area; 4) When the skin in the treatment-related area has received radiotherapy of 45Gy or more; 5) When there is an embolus of the vena cava system in the ultrasound treatment channel; 6) When there is a significantly calcified arterial blood vessel wall in the ultrasound treatment channel; 7) Patients with important organ failure; 8) Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 9) patients who cannot tolerate the corresponding anesthesia; 10) tumors that cannot be clearly displayed by the mechanical positioning imaging system.
