How to treat oral and maxillofacial lymphatic duct malformation?

Lymphatic duct malformation, surgery for any type of lymphatic duct malformation without any choice is not advocated. Classification: 1.Microcystic type Superficial: treated by Pingyangmycin (1.0mg/ml), OK-432 sclerotherapy; Deep: first by injection, control and then surgery.  2.Large cystic type is preferred to be treated with Pingyangmycin (1.5-2.0mg/ml), OK-432 sclerotherapy, firstly by pumping clean cystic fluid. Huge large cystic type in the neck and floor of the mouth affects breathing and feeding and requires emergency surgery.
