Online medical consultation has become a new way of doing things, but because doctors cannot examine all the signs in person, sometimes there are some limitations, so patients should provide as much detailed and accurate information as possible. X-rays, CTs, and MRIs are very important information. CT, MRI and X-ray can be taken with a digital camera, but how can they be taken better? If you want to shoot better, there are some skills to pay attention to. First, the equipment requirements: 1, digital camera: 5 million pixels or more is better, so that you can take the whole film at once, the focus should be aligned, do not use the flash. (2, tripod: general enough to use, as long as you can support the camera, do not worry about shaking). If there is no tripod, it is necessary to ensure that the hand to be stable, once some shaking, the photo effect is certainly not good. 3, the film viewing light: is inside the fluorescent tube light box, we may have seen in the hospital. Can be placed in a film enough, too large will be too bright background resulting in blurred photo edges, you can use other films to block the light. The problem is that the average family does not have a viewing light how to do? 4, instead of viewing lights: A, computer monitors:, if the film is small, you can use the monitor for the background. Adjust to the brightest, the screen to white (this there is no one else will?) . There is another way, click “Start” – “All Programs” – “Accessories” -Notepad”, Notepad, I’m sure you know, open Notepad, maximize, the desktop will become white. B. Window glass during the day (not installed security windows, otherwise there will be shadows left). You can fix the film being photographed with tape on clean window glass (preferably woolen glass without pattern patterns). The background outside the window glass should be cloudless sky without any scenery, and there should be no background such as buildings, trees, clouds, etc., and no direct sunlight on the window glass to prevent these background images from being reflected in the shot through the window glass and interfering with the shooting effect. Second, the steps: to declare a point, ordinary digital cameras if the operation of skilled can also achieve good results, of course, if the camera has more features, in accordance with the following way to shoot. 1, keep the room dark (the purpose is to reduce the reflection of the film indoor objects, the shooter and the camera body to cause interference). It is best to use a shade to cover the excess light from the viewing lights or window glass when shooting. Be careful to keep the subject and the camera lens vertical, that is, the X-ray film should be shot very positive to do, do not shoot on your back, overhead shooting, not to mention oblique shooting. Generally use the automatic exposure system, but the exposure mode should be set on the multi-point exposure or average metering, do not use point metering. The use of the lens is best in the focal length or telephoto end, less wide-angle, so as not to distort the picture. 2, tripod to support the camera so that the camera lens to the center of the film (if you have a good quality tripod, you can put the film vertically, while the camera vertically, but simple tripod camera vertically can not be well vertical). If you do not have a tripod, you should hold the camera with both hands when shooting, and support your hands or elbows on a fixed support such as a table or chair, pay attention to hold your breath when pressing the shutter, to prevent the image from shaking. 3, the film will be placed horizontally into the viewing light (if the width is not enough, you can put the viewing light down) (as to why the horizontal, the camera is normally shot wide > high, so that the placement can be used to incorporate the largest version of the picture data) 4, adjust the camera parameters: the resolution is set to the highest, turn off the flash, set the picture color to black and white (if there is this function). If you want a local close-up of the lesion then turn on macro. 5, so that the camera is about 1 meter away from the film, moderate stretching of the camera optical zoom, to ensure that all images of the film into the framing range, if put to the maximum can not make the image full width, you can move closer to the camera. Note: Stretching the zoom can not reach the position of the digital zoom, most digital cameras zoom will show the separation line between the optical zoom and digital zoom on the screen. The purpose of doing so is to reduce the reflection of the camera body illuminated by the viewing light, and can reduce the aberration of the captured pictures, if the camera is open macro, close to the viewing light, so that the captured pictures are not square. 6, turn on the camera’s time-lapse function, lightly press the shutter to focus, then press the bottom, leave the camera to avoid vibration, and wait for the camera to automatically finish shooting after a few seconds. CT, MRI and X-ray film shooting bone general exposure time 1/1500 seconds to 1/60, including CT film bone window selected 1/400, MRI selected 1/250, CR film selected 1/600, ordinary X-ray film depending on the brightness. Focal length generally choose 2.8 or 3.5 can be. 7, test the shooting effect, if the quality of the picture taken is qualified, put on the camera screen to the maximum, you can see the text and other information on the film. Of course, it is best to import the photos into the computer and use the monitor to view the shooting effect. This shooting can maximize the quality of the photos, and the picture consistency is very good, avoiding the blur caused by shaking, reducing the distortion of the photo, the actual operation can play a half-hearted effect. Third, the advanced skills of shooting X-rays, CT and MRI. Will shoot, but also know how the film is a good shot. X-ray film shooting advanced skills: In the X-ray film, the patient’s name, X-ray number, examination date, examination hospital, left and right side and other Chinese characters or alphanumeric information is generally marked on the upper and lower ends of the X-ray film and the side, so the entire X-ray film should be completely ingested when shooting the X-ray film to clearly reflect all the information of the X-ray film. According to the information marked on the film, be careful not to put the film upside down. The digital camera selects automatic shooting mode, portrait scene mode, flash disabled, image resolution 1280×960 (about 1.2 megapixels or 1.2M), and image quality in fine mode. Adjust the shooting distance according to the size of the x-ray film, press the shutter halfway to focus automatically, and press the shutter fully to take a picture. MRI and CT films: First, take the whole MRI and CT film in the same way as the X-ray film. The image resolution should be greater than 2272 × 1704 (about 4 megapixels or 4M), preferably 5 megapixels or 5M, so that the doctor can analyze each small image. Each small image should then be taken in the order from left to right and from top to bottom, noting that it should include information about the patient’s name, number, examination date, examination hospital, scan level, etc. in Chinese characters or alphanumeric characters marked on the top and bottom of each small film. Because of the small image size of each small film, the shooting distance is close, about 25cm-50 cm, so the macro or super macro photography function must be enabled to shoot clearly. Disable flash, image resolution 800 × 600 (about 480,000 pixels or 0.5M, VGA), image quality select fine mode. Half press the shutter to focus automatically, fully press the shutter to take pictures. After shooting, be sure to browse all the images on the computer to see if the images contain all the labeling information around the film. By observing the photos taken around the Chinese characters or English numbers and other label content is clear to determine whether the content of the shot is clear, such as unclear should be re-shooting. Generally there are two reasons why the photo is not clear, if you find that the Chinese characters or English numbers around the photo have heavy shadows, it means that the camera shakes when shooting. If you do not use the macro or super macro photography function when taking MRI and CT film images, it is easy to cause misfocusing and unclear images, therefore, when you press the shutter halfway for auto-focusing, if the focus light flashes, it indicates that the focus is not correct and you should check whether the focus mode is correct.
