Ear neuralgia manifests itself as paroxysmal severe pain, extremely sharp, sudden and abrupt, lasting from a few seconds to several minutes.
The pain is extremely sharp, tearing and cutting, and the patient’s expression is agonizing during the attack, often covering the face with the hands, resulting in facial swelling and rough skin. The location of the pain is mostly located on the affected side of the nose, lips, tongue, and some may affect the deep part of the ear. It is often sudden and abrupt, lasting from a few seconds to several minutes. In severe cases, it is accompanied by facial muscle twitching and redness.
The etiology of otoneural neuralgia is unclear and may be related to infectious diseases, tumors, trauma, poisoning, lack of nutrition, and vascular disease.
If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to make a clear diagnosis and then standardize the diagnosis and treatment.
