A blood test report card is a report card that is created by examining the patient’s peripheral blood through a hematology analyzer. Blood test report forms are analyzed on a patient-by-patient basis. A patient with an abnormally high number of white blood cells, with a predominance of lymphocytes, reduced hemoglobin and significantly reduced platelets, is likely to have acute lymphoblastic leukemia. If a patient has an abnormally low hemoglobin concentration, a significantly lower average red blood cell volume, average red blood cell hemoglobin volume, and average red blood cell hemoglobin concentration, the condition is likely to be caused by iron deficiency anemia. There are various blood tests, which need to be analyzed in the context of the specific condition.
