Superficial bladder tumors are prone to recurrence after transurethral resection (TURBt) and need to be perfused with bladder chemotherapy drugs; therefore, postoperative perfusion plan, review plan and perfusion precautions are crucial, which are briefly introduced as follows for reference only: 1. Postoperative perfusion of TURBt: Perfusion drugs: epirubicin, pirarubicin, hydroxycamptothecin, etc. Perfusion schedule: 1 intraoperative perfusion, then 1 weekly for a total of 8 times, and then once a month for a total of 4 to 12 times. Postoperative review of TURBt: Review in the first year after surgery: liver and kidney function/month; urine exfoliated cells 3 times/3 months; cystoscopy/3 months; chest X-ray/6 months. The second year postoperative review: liver and kidney function / 1 to 3 months; urine exfoliated cells 3 times / 6 months; cystoscopy / 6 months; chest X-ray / year. 3, Perfusion precautions: 1) Drink as little water as possible before perfusion to reduce the dilution of the perfused drug by urine; drink more water after perfusion to promote the elimination of the drug and reduce the stimulation of the bladder by the drug. (2) Stay relaxed when inserting and removing the catheter, tension will aggravate the damage to the urethra; for male patients will increase the incidence of prostatitis and epididymitis. 3）The course of instillation varies from person to person, it is best if it can be adhered to for 1.5 years; if the urinary tract irritation reaction is heavy the course can be shortened appropriately, but try to adhere to the first 8 times (1 time per week) of instillation, the early instillation is more significant than the later. (4) To reduce the occurrence of urinary tract infection, you can routinely take oral antibiotics for 2 to 3 days starting from the day of perfusion, and if the symptoms of urinary tract irritation do not disappear then extend the duration of medication appropriately or consult a doctor promptly.
