Shock mild to moderate severity classification

The mild, moderate and severe classification of shock is also divided into early shock, shock compensatory phase and ischemic-hypoxic phase. Patients with mild shock mainly show pallor, wet and cold extremities, cold sweat, accelerated pulse rate, low urine, irritability, but the patient’s consciousness is clear, blood pressure can rise first and then gradually decrease, but the blood pressure can not fall as a sign to determine the early stage of shock. Moderate shock is also known as the microcirculatory stasis phase of shock, also known as shock decompensation phase, the patient’s main performance of blood pressure and pulse pressure progressive decline, pulse count, central nervous system dysfunction, indifference, and even coma, the patient will appear obvious oliguria, or even anuria, microcirculatory stasis caused by dry skin mucosa or floral spots. In stage III, which is also known as the severe classification of shock, often also called the refractory, irreversible, and DIC stages, patients will have severe conditions such as peripheral circulatory failure, undetectable pulse, and anuria.
