  Abstract Clinical data The patient was a female, 66 years old. She was admitted to the hospital with recurrent chills, high fever and abdominal pain for 10 years, which had been aggravated for 2 months. The patient had sudden onset of chills, high fever and left upper abdominal pain 10 years ago, which was persistent and dull in nature.
