Problems related to cesarean section scars

In recent years, the cesarean delivery rate in China has increased significantly, and some complications related to cesarean delivery have arisen, among which cesarean scar pregnancy and poor healing of the cesarean scar area have brought great harm to patients and great trouble to clinicians in dealing with them, first of all, the occurrence of cesarean scar pregnancy has increased year by year in recent years, and many doctors have no in-depth knowledge and experience in dealing with it, and occasionally serious complications occur, such as hemorrhage during abortion. In the absence of experience, this can even lead to hysterectomy, and in response to the characteristics of the disease, we have studied countermeasures and developed effective programs. According to the different cases currently available: 1, transvaginal uterine cesarean scar pregnancy surgery, through the vaginal route (feminine surgery) to remove the cesarean scar site pregnancy, while the scar repair; 2, trans-laparoscopic cesarean scar pregnancy surgery, mainly for the mass is large and has protruded into the surface of the uterus, through nearly 2 years of surgical practice, most patients post-operative observation, the surgical results are good, and safe, short hospital stay and fast postoperative recovery. Based on the surgical experience, we have developed a standard evaluation and surgical workflow, and these two treatment options are currently the more recognized surgeries both at home and abroad, and we hope to bring the gospel of treatment to women patients through our treatment. In addition, according to the demand of some women who had cesarean delivery to have a second child, we found that some patients have poor healing of the cesarean scar area of their uterus after cesarean delivery, and some will have abnormal menstruation, while some patients want to have a second child, this situation pregnancy will bring great risk, such as late start of pregnancy will easily lead to uterine rupture, which is a more serious complication in obstetrics, so we researched and developed the uterine cesarean scar Therefore, we have developed the repair of uterine cesarean scars, and have obtained good results after practice. From these problems encountered in our clinical work in recent years, we suggest that women, especially those who are pregnant or about to be pregnant, should follow medical principles in the choice of delivery method and choose caesarean section carefully to avoid unnecessary risks in the future!
