What to eat for dinner in nephrotic syndrome

Nephrotic syndrome can eat steamed buns, rice and various vegetables for dinner. Nephrotic syndrome is an immune-related disease that manifests mainly in edema and hypoproteinemia, massive proteinuria and hyperlipidemia. Because of the obvious edema in this disease, it is necessary to limit the intake of salt, water and various kinds of rice, otherwise the edema may be further aggravated, so the vegetables eaten at dinner should avoid too much salt and too much rice. Another characteristic is hyperlipidemia. Hyperlipidemia can easily cause cardiovascular accidents, such as myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction. Therefore, when eating dinner, avoid eating things that contain more fat, such as egg yolk, duck egg yolk, fatty meat, etc. Rice and steamed buns, on the other hand, contain mainly sugars, which do not cause elevated blood lipids when eaten, and are therefore more suitable for patients with nephrotic syndrome.
