When is the most accurate time to test ovulation test paper

Ovulation test strips are usually tested from the 10th day of menstruation, and the first morning urine after waking up in the morning is the most accurate. Ovulation test paper is mainly used to detect the level of LH hormone in urine to determine the ovulation situation. Usually the LH hormone reaches its peak about 36 hours before ovulation, and a strong positive ovulation test appears. When the ovulation test is gradually positive, it is recommended to test once every 4 hours until you get a strong positive test. Usually, when the test is strongly positive, you can arrange intercourse, and then monitor 4 or 12 hours after intercourse. It is important to note that you should not drink water 2 hours before the test and try to choose morning urine for the test. In addition, usually women may experience increased vaginal discharge, lumbosacral swelling, and clear, stretched discharge during ovulation, which can provide a reference for ovulation.
