There are many diseases that can lead to dry cough and no sputum. Patients with malignant tumors of the lung sometimes have persistent dry cough, which can be clearly diagnosed by lung CT, bronchoscopy, and puncture biopsy, and surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and target cell drug therapy can be considered after a clear diagnosis. Dry cough, such as captopril, requires discontinuation of the relevant drugs.
