Diabetic recipes for a week

  Monday.
  Breakfast: bok choy and egg noodles – 2 taels of bok choy, one deflated egg, 2 taels of noodles.

  Chinese food (I): 2-2.5 taels of rice, one serving of fried fungus with bok choy, one serving of shrimp (1 tael)
  Chinese food (II): 2.5 taels of rice with coix seeds, shredded beef with onions, cat’s ear vegetables, tomato and egg soup (soup before meals)
  Dinner: 1.5 taels of fried rice with bok choy stalks, celery, diced cucumber, onion, and diced yam
  Wednesday.
  Breakfast: 1.5 taels of celery and meat dumplings, shredded radish with cold sauce.
  Chinese food (I): 2 taels of rice, one portion of fried coronary (3-5 garlic essential), braised carp (1 tael).
  Chinese food (II): 2 taels of rice with barley, meat rounds with yam and wolfberry, fried bushels, egg soup with green vegetables.
  Dinner: corn thin rice 1-1.5 taels, one vegetable packet.
  Thursday.
  Breakfast: one bag of fresh milk (about 250 ml), one hard-boiled egg, one vegetable packet (thin-skinned large vegetable packet).
  Chinese food (I): 2 taels of rice, one serving of sautéed spinach (3-5 garlic essential), shredded pork with herbs and celery (1 tael of shredded pork).
  Chinese food (II): 2 taels of rice with barley, medicinal chicken pieces, sautéed medicinal celery, spinach soup.
  Dinner: 1.5 taels of fried rice with green stalks, celery, diced cucumber and onion.
  Friday (for those with normal kidney function).
  Breakfast: soy milk (about 250 ml), one hard-boiled egg, one vegetable packet.
  Chinese food (I): 2-2.5 taels of rice, one serving of fried phyllo with celery, one or two steamed carp.
  Chinese food (II): 2 taels of rice with barley, one steamed bream with two winters, hollowed vegetables, tomato and egg soup.
  Dinner: bok choy and egg soup (0.5-1 kg of bok choy, one egg), one bun with capers, soup first, then bun.
  Saturday.
  Breakfast: 1 tael of millet porridge, 1 vegetable bun, one hard-boiled egg.
  Chinese food (I): 2 taels of rice, fried lilies with celery (one lily), scrambled eggs with leeks or tomatoes (1-2 eggs).
  Chinese food (II): rice with barley, sliced pork with bitter gourd, stir-fried cat’s ear vegetables, mushroom soup with green vegetables.
  Dinner: capers and meat dumplings (more capers and less lean meat) 1.5 taels.
  Sunday.
  Breakfast: one bag of fresh milk (about 250 ml), one hard-boiled egg, one medicinal steamed bun, cold cabbage.
  Chinese food (II): 2 taels of rice, one cold pea head (pea head blanched in boiling water), one braised pork or braised pork ribs (only 1 tael) – treat yourself on the weekend.
  Chinese food (II): 2 taels of barley rice, cold head of goji berries (head of goji berries blanched in boiling water), stir-fried diced chicken with three fresh ingredients, loofah soup.
  Dinner: corn thin rice 1-1.5 taels, a vegetable bag, cold vegetables not finished at noon can be used as a small dish.
