The first step: change from resting in a flat position to resting in a head-high and foot-low position, gradually increase the angle of head elevation, first resting for 20 minutes when the head of the bed is elevated at 30 degrees, then resting for 20 minutes when the head of the bed is elevated at 60 degrees, if there is no dizziness, panic and other discomfort, try to sit up. Step 2: Sit up with a companion, if there is no discomfort for about 30 minutes, you can practice standing up. Step 3: When standing up, you need to be supported by the bedside, and you can practice foot stamping and leg lifting while standing up.
