The heart is depressed and uncomfortable in the morning

If the heart is depressed and uncomfortable after getting up in the morning, it is highly considered that the patient has experienced insomnia, dreaminess, and poor sleep quality at night, which triggered the discomfort in the precordial region. It may also be the result of an angina attack, or a cardiac neurosis. If the patient is female and not yet menopausal, it may be caused by cardiac neurosis; if there is a history of coronary heart disease or patients with high risk factors for coronary heart disease, it may be caused by angina pectoris. It is recommended to perform an ambulatory electrocardiogram and preferably a chest X-ray and cardiac ultrasound, or a coronary CT examination, to help better clarify the diagnosis. Until a clear diagnosis is made, such medications as metoprolol and trimetazidine tablets can be taken.
