When is the best time to drink pure milk

Pure milk is generally best consumed one hour before bedtime or about one hour after breakfast. Drinking pure milk at this time is more conducive to the absorption and utilization of nutrients in the body and to avoid the occurrence of adverse symptoms. Pure milk is a highly nutritious beverage rich in protein, trace elements and vitamins. Drinking pure milk one hour after eating breakfast can not only avoid abdominal pain, bloating, acid reflux and other adverse symptoms caused by fasting, but also provide sufficient energy source for the body’s major systems and tissues to ensure the normal operation of body functions. In addition, milk is rich in calcium and other nutrients, and drinking it in moderation one hour before bedtime can not only eliminate human fatigue and speed up the body’s sleep, but also promote the absorption of calcium to a certain extent. During the daily consumption of pure milk, try to avoid drinking it on an empty stomach to prevent aggravating the burden on the gastrointestinal tissues. If the spleen and stomach function is weak or lactose intolerant, the intake of milk should be strictly controlled or choose dairy products with de-lactose for consumption.
