How to treat nodules in the breast

There are benign and malignant breast nodules, and malignant nodules may have irregular margins, burrs, and abnormal local skin changes. The most effective treatment for malignant nodules is radical excision. If the diagnosis cannot be made before surgery, you can also choose to undergo nodule excision and pathological examination via fine needle aspiration or the traditional surgical procedure is modified radical excision of breast cancer, and you can also choose radical excision to preserve the breast. For simple benign breast nodules, they may appear as masses with regular margins. If the patient has no obvious symptoms, no special treatment is needed, but regular follow-up and observation are needed, usually every 3-6 months with breast color ultrasound and, if necessary, mammography or MRI.
