Why do you keep farting when you have hemorrhoids?

Farting is mainly caused by increased gas production in the intestinal tract, mainly consisting of methane, indole and so on. The main cause of hemorrhoids is a lesion around the anus, such as a subluxation of the anal cushion or a varicose rectal vein mass inside the anus that leads to a protruding hemorrhoidal nucleus, or a varicose vein mass below the dentate line that can form external or mixed hemorrhoids. In severe cases, thrombosed external hemorrhoids may form, and there is no direct relationship between the two. When hemorrhoids appear, they can usually be treated symptomatically with conservative treatments, such as a light diet, avoiding spicy and irritating foods, etc. If the patient’s symptoms are more severe, surgery can be considered.
