Exercises for shrinkage

The exercises for shrinking the vagina are also called Kegel exercises, or perineal contraction exercises. The purpose of the exercises is to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, so that these muscles stretch from the back of the pubic bone to the front, and surround the vaginal opening and rectum. The main idea of the shrinkage exercise is that women lie flat on the bed with their feet straight, put their hands straight and palms down, bend their legs slightly, then lift their abdomen into an arc with force, put it down after a second, and repeat the above action. Shrinkage exercises also include a kind of electrical stimulation therapy for the PC muscle, or the stimulation caused by forceful urination makes the PC muscle at the vaginal opening contract, so that the vaginal wall also contracts, which can exercise the PC muscle and is also good for improving the quality of sex life. In conclusion, shrinkage exercises, also called perineal contraction exercises, can be done through self-exercise or electrical stimulation of the PC muscle to achieve the purpose of shrinkage. In addition, surgical treatment is also available to achieve vaginal tightening, which is more commonly used in vaginal tightening.
