How to stay up late with chest tightness

If you stay up late with chest tightness, it is recommended to go to the hospital for examination and perform 24-hour ambulatory ECG monitoring. If there is a significant ST-segment depression in the ECG when chest tightness is found, it is considered that staying up late induces coronary artery disease and angina pectoris, and further coronary angiography is recommended to clarify whether there is coronary artery macroangiopathy. If the coronary angiogram does not show significant stenosis, further cardiac MRI or ECT is recommended to detect any microvascular lesions in the coronary arteries. If coronary artery disease and angina pectoris are diagnosed, it is recommended to take long-term oral secondary prevention drugs for coronary artery disease, such as aspirin, clopidogrel, simvastatin, metoprolol, isosorbide mononitrate, etc. In addition to organic lesions, consider plant nerve dysfunction. Try to avoid staying up late, develop good living and eating habits, increase physical exercise, relax, and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.
