Rest for a few days after painless abortion

Generally speaking, it is recommended to rest for at least about two weeks after having a painless abortion. Because the uterus needs some time to recover after the abortion, there will be vaginal bleeding after the operation and the immunity of the body will be reduced to a certain extent, so it is generally recommended to rest for two weeks after the painless abortion. Of course, these two weeks do not mean complete bed rest, you can take a walk and do light physical work as much as you can. However, it is important not to exercise strenuously, not to do heavy physical work, not to stay up late, not to eat spicy and stimulating food, and to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. In addition, patients should not have intercourse or take a tub bath for one month after the painless abortion procedure; at the same time, they should go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination half a month after the procedure to clarify the intrauterine recovery situation.
