How to Exercise for a Bulging Disc and Butt Pain

Exercises for lumbar disc bulge buttock pain include lumbar traction, arching exercises, small flying swallows, curling and so on.
1. Lumbar traction: reduce the compression of nerve roots through lumbar traction, thus relieving the pain.
2.
