What to look for when you are positive for Hepatitis B 2.5 II and IV

Hepatitis B 2 and 4 are positive, and if all the other indicators are negative, it means that the original had been infected with Hepatitis B, and is now in the recovery phase. The body has cleared the hepatitis B virus and is now healthy. If in addition to two or four positive items, the first item is also positive, suggesting that there is still hepatitis B virus in the body, then further liver function tests should be carried out, if the liver function is normal, it is a hepatitis B carrier, and there is no need to carry out special treatment. If the liver function is normal, hepatitis B carriers do not need special treatment. If the liver function is abnormal, aminotransferase is elevated, and bilirubin is elevated, it suggests that acute hepatitis attack, and active antiviral treatment is needed. For hepatitis B carriers, it is recommended to have a physical examination of liver disease every six months to follow up the occurrence of hepatitis, cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma.
