The best time to train your baby to go to the toilet by themselves

The best time to train your baby to go to the toilet by himself is around 2 years old, the specific time should be based on the baby’s psychological and physiological maturity, not a generalization. Generally speaking, babies’ brain nervous system is mature around 2 years old, and they start to react to the full bladder and rectum, and they will feel the need to defecate, and express their feelings through language, action or other means. This is the best time to receive toilet training. Parents can show pictures to their babies, tell stories about how animals go to the toilet, demonstrate the correct sitting posture, and also do toilet games with their babies for training. Take care not to let your baby play with toys or eat during toilet training so as not to develop bad habits and cause habitual constipation. It is important to note that if your baby rejects bowel training, parents must remain patient and calm, do not be too anxious, and do not force or reprimand your baby.
