What’s with the headache?

The causes of low headache include cervical spondylosis, autonomic dysfunction, tension headache and so on.
1. Cervical spondylosis: this disease is mainly related to trauma, cervical degenerative disease or cervical spine instability. Due to the compression of cervical nerve roots at the onset, headache may be induced when the head is lowered. Patients consciously have the symptom of head swelling and pain when they bow their heads. It is recommended that patients go to regular hospitals for traction therapy, manipulation therapy, medication, etc. to improve their condition.
2. Autonomic nerve dysfunction: long-term irregular life, excessive psychological pressure can cause autonomic nerve dysfunction. After the diagnosis is clear, the condition will be improved mainly through psychological counseling and other aspects of treatment.
3. Tension headache: often bilateral or unilateral headache, can also involve the occipital neck. Dull pain with persistent swelling, throbbing, pressure and tightness is the main pain. Any age can be onset. Generally occurs when the headache remains in a certain position for a long time (e.g., head down), but can also occur during insomnia, anxiety, depression.
