Bladder tumors with tip benign tumors are mostly, but cancerous lesions can’t be excluded, so the diagnosis can be further confirmed by pathology biopsy. Through cystoscopy, one can directly observe the location, size, number and shape of the tumor, and initially determine whether the tumor has infiltrative symptoms. After that, one can take the pathology of the lesion, and send the pathology to the Department of Pathology for biopsy to determine whether there is the presence of cancerous tissue. If there are cancerous tissues, it can be diagnosed as bladder cancer. If there are no cancerous tissues, it is benign tumor, which can be removed by cystoscopic electrosurgery, and most of them will not recur after the surgery, while malignant tumors need to be treated by cystoscopic electrosurgery or cystectomy with radiotherapy and other methods.
