Feeling the urge to urinate but it doesn’t come out has nothing to do with hemorrhoids. The reason for this is that urination and hemorrhoids are two completely different systems; urination belongs to the urinary system, while hemorrhoids belong to the digestive system, so having the urge to urinate but not coming out is not the cause of hemorrhoids. These are all typical symptoms of prostate enlargement. Some patients even have a significant frequency of urination, i.e. they get up at night at least 3-4 times, or even 5-6 times, which are typical symptoms of prostate enlargement.
