The surgical procedure for v-flap advancement of the finger consists of anesthesia of the root of the finger, disinfection, cleaning of the finger, making a “V” incision on the ventral side of the finger and suturing. 1. The patient’s finger is spread out on the operating table, and the root of the finger is anesthetized with a block. 2. After disinfection with 2% iodine and 75% alcohol, the finger was anesthetized with 0.2% lidocaine. 3. A tourniquet was tied around the root of the finger, and then the finger, palm and forearm were washed with soapy water. The wound was rinsed and disinfected with hydrogen peroxide and 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and then the wound was rinsed with metronidazole solution. 4. Remove the inactivated tissue and the nail that will be lost, make a “V” incision on the ventral side of the finger, retain the deep fascia, and push the skin flap forward. 5. The distal margin is sutured together with the nail bed or the dorsum of the finger, covering the entire injured surface and the fracture end, and the skin donor area is sutured directly.
