They cannot form a correct judgment of what they see in their eyes, cannot judge the distance of things correctly, live in a three-dimensional world but can only see a two-dimensional picture, and the world is blurred or double-shaded in their eyes, which seriously affects their correct perception of the world. (2) It affects learning, career choice and life. Amblyopia leads to the inability to form stereo vision in both eyes. Since the brain can only receive visual signals from one healthy eye, the brain is unable to form a stereoscopic image, which will result in the patient not having the ability to imagine stereo. It is not possible to see the words on the blackboard clearly and writing is always out of order. Therefore, even children with mild amblyopia are bound to learn stereo geometry poorly when they grow up, and cannot choose professions such as architecture, engineering design, medicine, mechanics, and artwork. (3) Social discrimination. Because they can’t see things clearly, they don’t learn well, and they always fall down when walking, they are often shamed by other children. They have no friends, and even their families and teachers don’t understand them. For a long time, they have been growing up in the shadow of being laughed at, which makes them form a serious autistic psychology and seriously affects their mental health, learning and life. Therefore, if amblyopia is not cured in time, it will seriously affect the future, fate and quality of life of the child. 3, treatment of amblyopia Amblyopia should not only be treated, but also in a timely manner.
