Physiological reasons: hand tremors are common in cases of emotional excitement or nervousness, and the symptoms of hand tremors will gradually improve after calming down and relaxing. There is no need to worry about this condition and no special treatment is needed. 2. Pathologic causes (1) Idiopathic tremor: a common movement disorder with tremor as the only manifestation, 1/3 of patients have positive family history, mainly manifested as postural tremor and action tremor, often seen in one upper limb or both upper limbs, and the head is often involved, but the lower limbs are less often involved. In some patients, tremor can be temporarily reduced after drinking alcohol, and can be aggravated by emotional excitement or tension, fatigue, and cold. (2) Hyperthyroidism: Patients with hyperthyroidism have increased secretion of thyroid hormone levels, and the body is in a state of high excitement, resulting in clinical symptoms such as trembling of the hands, panic, sweating and irritability. Young people with symptoms of trembling hands are advised to consult a doctor in a timely manner, and if necessary, undergo the appropriate tests to clarify the diagnosis.
