Great Hawthorn Pill is one of the proprietary Chinese medicines for strengthening the spleen and eliminating food stagnation. It is often used in clinical practice to treat distension and fullness in the epigastrium (stomach and abdomen), nausea, loss of appetite and constipation caused by the accumulation of food in the stomach.
