Cervical squamous carcinoma stage 3c1p and stage 3c1r, both of which are of the same severity, are stage 3c1. Cervical squamous carcinoma is a common female malignant tumor of the reproductive system caused by various factors such as papillomavirus infection and heredity. According to the FLGO (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics) staging of cervical cancer, stage 3c1 represents the involvement of lymph nodes in the pelvis by the tumor. The stage determined by pathologic examination is 3c1p; while the stage determined by imaging examination is 3c1r. If the two stages are not the same, the one with the worse stage is often taken; on the contrary, it is the same. After diagnosis in this period, it is mostly treated by non-surgical therapies such as radiotherapy, and the five-year survival rate of patients after active treatment is about 35%.
