What to do if you have low ovarian function

Low ovarian function may affect a woman’s menstrual cycle or menstrual flow, and may even affect her fertility. If the endocrine six and ovarian AMH tests are performed, it suggests low or declining ovarian function. In addition, vaginal ultrasound shows that the underlying sinus follicles have decreased, and the woman’s menstrual flow has decreased or menstrual periods are scanty, so if she has fertility requirements, she should prepare for pregnancy as early as possible or undergo IVF to help her get pregnant. If a woman does not want to have children, she can use estrogen plus progestin, or estrogen-progestin cycle therapy such as phentermine, to increase menstrual flow and regularize menstruation, or to prevent the early onset of menopausal syndrome.
