If the HIV-positive person has weight loss, fever, diarrhea symptoms close to the first criterion above, and has any of the following. (1) CD4+/CD8+ lymphocyte count ratio <1, decreased CD4+ T lymphocyte count; (2) generalized lymph node enlargement; (3) obvious signs and symptoms of central nervous system occupying lesions, dementia, loss of discriminatory ability or motor nerve dysfunction.
