Hyperalgesia: mostly in the perineum, with non-segmental or total lower extremity sensory deficits. Pain: low back, sacrococcygeal region, saddle area, deep anorectal region and lower extremities. Bladder function: urinary incontinence, urinary retention Rectal function: constipation, defecation disorders Pathological causes: 4-week embryonic perineural cross-section Diagnostic points Spinal deformities, spinal membrane anomalies, spinal cord anomalies and contents, other systemic complications.
