What are the symptoms of coronary heart disease during an attack?

As a disease that poses a great threat to our lives, coronary heart disease is a disease that everyone fears. Generally speaking, coronary heart disease is most common in the middle-aged and elderly groups, but now there are many young people who have coronary heart disease as well. “If the disease is not detected in time or treated properly, it can easily pose a direct threat to the patient’s life safety. In fact, if the symptoms of coronary heart disease can be detected early enough to achieve good treatment results. Many people simply think that the symptoms of coronary heart disease are nothing more than chest tightness and shortness of breath accompanied by chest pain. In fact, there are many symptoms that are easily manifested in patients with coronary heart disease. Some symptoms may not be superficially related to coronary heart disease, leading some patients to ignore the condition and delay treatment. What exactly are the symptoms of coronary heart disease? When coronary heart disease is aggravated, the patient’s angina lasts longer and the attacks are more frequent, which is the main signal. This is relatively easy for patients to notice. However, a large proportion of patients and their families are unaware that patients with coronary heart disease may also exhibit vicious vomiting before the attack. Also, the whole body feels weak and even incontinent. Last week, I saw a patient with a similar condition. The first reaction of the patient and his family was not associated with coronary heart disease, thinking that there was something wrong with the stomach. Also, some of the patients would have false sweating, feel particularly uncomfortable, and be very pale, and the patient would become irritable because of breath-holding. In fact, if a patient with coronary heart disease has similar symptoms as mentioned above, it is best to go to the hospital in a timely manner and also take some common coronary heart disease drugs like quick-acting heart pills. Of course, if the patient has severe chest pain or even sudden cardiac arrest, the family must be calm and then take positive and effective first aid measures, do not panic and take the wrong first aid method, so as not to accelerate the death of the patient. In case of an acute attack of coronary heart disease, we should call for help from the emergency center while taking the necessary first aid measures: 1, quiet: you should lie down in place, any movement will increase the burden on the heart and endanger life. 2, analgesia: sublingual nitroglycerin tablets, or 1 isoamyl nitrite. 3, oxygen: oxygen should be administered immediately when available. 4.Resuscitation: mouth-to-mouth breathing and chest cardiac compressions. 5.Seek help: contact the hospital or first aid station and ask the doctor to come to the rescue or send to the hospital for resuscitation. Sounds a bit complicated, but for the family of patients with coronary heart disease at home, it is a must to learn. And CPR should not be stopped at will, but should be insisted until the ambulance arrives. Coronary heart disease is very scary, we should not underestimate the danger that coronary heart disease brings to the patient’s body, and understanding the symptoms of this disease is very beneficial for you to do a good job of daily prevention. I often advise my patients that it is best to develop good habits in general, because this is the best way to prevent coronary heart disease.
