Early breast cancer does not have typical symptoms and signs, so it is not easy to attract attention, and its manifestations are generally more of the following: 1. A lump is found in the breast, which is hard and movable, usually without obvious pain, a few have paroxysmal occult pain, dull pain and stabbing pain, early breast cancer cannot be detected by physical examination, and needs to be detected by imaging examinations, such as breast ultrasound, mammography and magnetic resonance imaging; 2. Nipple overflow and nipple invagination: single hole There are more bloody overflow, and when the large ducts in the breast are shortened by cancer invasion, it can cause nipple retraction or elevation. Eczema-like carcinoma of nipple manifests as itching, erosion, breaking, crusting and flaking of nipple skin with burning sensation, resulting in nipple retraction; 3. Swollen lymph nodes can be touched in the armpit during physical examination, and in a few breast cancer patients, no lump is touched in the breast, but often swollen lymph nodes in the armpit on the side of breast cancer are found first.
